Significance of eye moment in terms of psychology
Right movement of eyes signifies that one is creative in his/her thoughts and chances are that he/she is deceitful.

During an interview making proper eye contact is very important as it reflects your confidence and attentiveness. It also reflects your honesty because generally, you will see when people lie to you they don’t look in your eyes.
How to make proper eye contact
Friends, eyes are the most powerful thing in the human body. Just eye contact can make two persons fall in love with each other, you can imagine how powerful eyes are. However, if you really look into the eyes of the interviewer you will surely get distracted in your thought process and will feel nervous. So what’s the way out!
What you have to do is to look at the forehead of the interviewer or in-between the two eyebrows; this will make him feel that you are looking in his eyes.
For using this trick you have to practice it a lot during your daily life. Just knowing this and using on the day of the interview will surely not be handy for you.
One of the important things for eye contact is knowledge about the field in which you are appearing for the interview. If you have the knowledge you will be full of confidence.
What does avoiding eye contact means?
Avoiding eye contact means you are not open for conversation, unwilling, low in confident or hiding truth. I am sure no one wants to portray his/her that image in front of the Interviewer.
Blink rates of eyes
A person who is anxious and not confident tends to link the eyes too much. You should blink normally during the Interview.
Should I make constant eye contact?
No, absolutely not and you can’t do even if you want to do so. The eye contact should be natural. You must not be gazing the Interviewer. At times when a question is asked during the interview, you will be required to think and your eye will move here and there in order to recall the answer. You must make sure that when you are speaking you are maintaining proper eye contact.
