Result of Air Force Common Admission Test (AFCAT) held on 25 August 2013 is declared on 20th September. Likewise previous year this year also IAF used OMR (optical mark reader) for recording the responses of candidates, with the help of OMR sheet the checking of processing time is reduced and result is now generally declared early as compared to previous years.
AFCAT 2/2013 Cut off Marks – The cut off this year is around 116 marks as this year Paper was slightly tougher than previous years.
As far as question paper is concerned this year the level of difficulty in each section is slightly increased. In G.K. there were few easy questions but questions were there which were tricky ones. As far as Maths is concerned it was difficult from the last year but still questions were there which can be easily solved. However there was a question in maths in which you have to first increase a number by 20% and then by what % you must decrease to get back to the same level. The mental ability part was easy as it is always and for every candidate.
