This question is constantly coming in the mind of students who are looking to apply for SSC CGL 2017 but currently studying in the final year of their graduation. For all such candidates, the answer is
yes the candidates appearing in the final year of their graduation can also apply, however they must possess Essential qualification on or before 1st August 2017.
This means that your result must be declared on or before 01.08.2017, however, in most universities, the degree is awarded at the much later stage but the date of declaration of result is mentioned and that date must be 01.08.2017 or before that.
