Height and Weight are an important parameter which is examined in Medical Exam for admission into the United States Air Force Academy (USAF Academy). Candidate must possess the acceptable limit of prescribed Height and Weight for that particular age group.
Your standing height for US Air Force must be between 58 inches to 80 inches i.e. you must have minimum 58 inches and a maximum of 80 inches of height.
Weight is also an important factor for determining the eligibility of a candidate for admission into the academy. The weight must be as per the table mentioned below. However, if your weight is more than the prescribed limit then your body fat will be checked. For males maximum allowed body fat is 18% and 26% for females.

What to do if you don’t possess the above standards
If you your height and weight are not within the prescribed limits then you need to fill your measurement on a form known as USAFA Form 0-220. You can get this form from your online status page where you applied for United States Air Force, this form must be filled by a qualified paramedical person, school nurse or family physician. On the basis of this, your body fat will be calculated. Even if your body fat is not within the prescribed limits but you are eligible otherwise then the Admission office may consider you for a waiver and/or you will be reexamined.
